OG Xbox Backwardscompatibility

Where are the news on the next wave of original xbox titles coming to backwardscompatibility? It's kinda time for something new...

Peggle 2 Cross Console?

Quick question: I can't play peggles 2 on my xbox one, but i bought it on xbox 360. Shouldn't a game playable on both platforms at least be backwardscompatible?

Hello, i recently found a list of games that were backwardscompatible on the Xbox One. When i try to insert one of thos games into my Xbox one, it keeps saying that the game isn't supported for backwardscompatebility. What is happening?

Nobody knows when the next wave of original xbox titles will come but keep a look out on majer nelson page and twitter

 

Hi! Since somebody else took over the project lead for BC, I assume there will be soon news regarding this (probably early next year). It was already said that although it slowed down a bit, there will definitely more titles get added to BC in the future.

It would be nice to see some OG Xbox games added to the list. I usually look at Major Nelson's Page for any information.

 

When back-compat was announced for the Original Xbox titles, Phil Spencer stated that there would be far fewer titles available, simply due to licensing and such. Hopefully more will be forthcoming, though.
