Bonjour, je voudrais télécharger un jeux sur le store xbox mais au moment du téléchargement le message suivant s'affiche. " Désolé, cette offre n'est pas validé dans votre région "

Je n'es jamais changé de logement ou même de pays. J'ai une CB a jour pour le mode paiement donc je ne trouve pas la solution et surtout je ne comprend pas pourquoi je ne peux pas téléchargé ce jeux. C'est un jeux rétrocompatible.

Ma région c'est Europe j'habite en France et le jeux c'est overlord. Je l'avais sur 360 et je le trouvais assez divertissant. Du coup je l'ai recherché sur one et vu qu'il est rétrocompatible j'ai essayé de le racheté ou de le télécharger.

Et la le message s'affiche.

Donc impossible d'y rejoué sauf si je l'achète en cd.

Salut Manudij, il aurait été intéressant que tu nous donne ta région/langue, ça aurait permis de savoir ce qui clochait. Ta console et toi êtes
physiquement dans un pays couvert par le Live ? Oui apparemment. Mais de quel jeu s'agit-il. Dis en plus et je suis sûr que quelqu’un ici finira par trouver.

The key to xbox 360 games is your account region and actual region and language and console region must be the same

So picking english or uk as your console and language region WONT WORK

And xbox goes by your country region NOT continent

I get the regular price, no promo, like mentionned on your website.

Its not a technical "problem", its a decision made by Microsoft and I would like to know why Québec is out it. Second time this is happening btw.

Oh and I can see the deal on my Xbox One X but there is no way I can get it from there too. I just get the regular prices as soon as I clicked on it.
