    I have problem witm my xbox. I did not use it for a long time and now when I want to play it shows my IM OFFLINE and I can not change it for on line. First time was everything fine but now I can not do anything :/ Please help

    Did you have good internet connection? Try checking with your internet service provider for more info.

    yes, connection is good. I can use internet in my laptop, mobile, but xbox is offline

    Hi there. There is a troubleshooting page for this issue. I recommend you try all the steps listed in this first. Xbox Live Troubleshoot.

    Hi Spiny

    try disconnecting from your internet and reconnect then reset your console (may seem pretty silly) but from personal experience it has resolved issue. especially if other devices are working with the connection your using,

    Hi. Its send me to my network settings, where I can put by myself IP Address and the rest of things but for me this is too complicated.... :/

    Ohhh and when I turned on Xbox and started checking connection Wi - Fi in mobiles stoped working.... weird

    Hi there,

    the offline setting on your profile merely means that others won't be able to see that you are Online, it will take some time though for all services to catch up on that new status.
