    Sorry subject is a bit vague, but had no idea how to form it.

    I used to own 2 xbox 360's.

    a original one and a slim, after I got the slim I moved the fat upstairs.

    because of this it was never online, since I used the slim for that.

    Now with the slim sold I want to hook up the fat to the network.

    Though I am unsure if this will just sync up my achievements that I did not get on the slim.

    Or will it make me lose achievements?

    Does anybody have an idea how this works?

    Hallo Leute,

    ich habe eine Frage!

    Ich musste mich damals bei xbox live anmelden, weil meine Konsole einen Schaden hatte... dabei habe ich mir auch einen online Gametag abgelegt... leider

    jetzt ist es mir seit kurzem möglich mit meiner Konsole online zu spielen und ich würde gern auch online Trophen sammeln, aber ich bekomme meinen Gametag mit dem ich immer offline gespielt habe ich mehr in dieses Profil... weil da ja schon der gametag von
    damals drin ist, wie kann ich das Problem lösen? Kann man den Gametag hier löschen und dann meinen dazu holen, oder muss ich mich neu Anmelden und dann meinen offline Profil zu einem online machen?

    Merging an online with an offline account

    Hey there.......you can not merge an online account with an offline account. If you take that "offline" account and turn it into an online account you will lose all the achievements.

    If you're able to connect without having to redownload your account, then your offline achievements should sync up. If you have to redownload your account, it won't see your offline achievements.

    Thanks guess i can just hook it up.

    They both had the same profile.

    But the fat never went online again after I got the slim.

    But both used the same profile.

    Well i just gave it a try.

    But ended up getting a error.

    Sorry, this profile can't connect to Xbox LIVE on this console. To fix it, download it again

    From what i found out by searching, this happens if a account stays offline to long.

    And this causes the account to be outdated.

    So i guess i'll lose the GS from that xbox.

    Weird considering the same profile is being used on my Xbox One.

    if you unlock achievements offline and then do a account recover w/o signing in online, you will lose ALL achievement you gained during the recovery prior to signing in online
