    So, I looked up the same problem named Offline when I'm not Offline? I have read the advice given and I tried it, the problem did not fix itself. My problem is that, first off, ever since I bought FIFA 17, I've been experiencing friends telling me I keep
    appearing online and offline. Secondly, I can't start a party nor can I join one, as my Xbox always states that an error has occurred and Lastly, I can't record ANYTHING, when I double-tap the Xbox button, it shows me the tab, but not the record button. I
    really hope there is a solution to this because the problem I'm experiencing is really ruining my experience on Xbox Live. Please, if there are any solutions, please reply. Thanks for reading.

    Party chat crashes

    Im playing on my brothers Xbox, and when I try to start a party, it takes a while to connect. When it does connect, it says im offline. When someone joins my party, they cant connect, amd if I snap, and open the party app, it crashes. Also,cant open my profile
    to see if im appearing offline. I can play online though.

    ever since i appeared offline to watch a movie and shut my xbox off it says im offline and i go to the online status and it is set to online but when i exit out and join a party my friends tell me is says im offline and i cant change it

    Sorry to hear about the multiple issues you're having. Just os we don't do something you already have, can you please let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried? Have you tried to remove and then re-add your account to the console yet?

    Same thing here. Just happened about 20 minutes ago. I was in a game in a party with friends and all the sudden i couldnt hear anyone and no one could hear me and i disconnected. When i tried to go back to join in the party, all my friends aplear as “offline”.
    Every few minutes 1 or 2 friends will appear online but when i join their party i still cant hear anything. Then they appear offline again. Any idea whats going on?

    edit: I tried to hard reset twice and had reset my router, but it still appears the same way. At this point im out of ideas
