    i recently turned on my 1tb xbox one to "its time to update" for it to do the first three steps then get to 66% then fail now ive downloaded the offline file and formatted the flash drive and the xbox switches on then goes straight to the third step of the
    update and stall on 66%

    ive tried holding in bnib and eject but nothing happens,ive tried restarting the xbox and every step on the walkthrough but nothing is happening

    please can someone help me?

    Hi, if you have another PC (Chromebook, Apple iMac, Linux), then using one of those will work too. Just download the offline update to a usb stick, and follow the instructions on the website. If you don't have any of those, then asking a friend or using
    a library computer will work just as good.
