offline update stop at 86%

so I explain to you my friend is on the xbox one we are in license sharing so he can't reset his xbox one because otherwise we won't be in license sharing anymore and I have no tests left for''my main xbox'' then. I've already been on support''I need help

If for whatever reason that does not resolve the issue, I would recommend attempting a

Soft factory console reset.

Also, I would recommend attempting to update your console connected to your network / internet with an ethernet cable instead of your Wifi

connection.

Thanks for the reply. I would also recommend following the steps here: How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. The
Home console sharing can be put back by re-adding the account that's being shared and making sure it is set as the home console. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
