    good afternoon

    i have original xbox one on the insider program however come to turn it on and the xbox loads with the logo screen then goes black as if there is nothing there so tried to offline reboot with usb done the first update and now getting the error message can anyone please help me

    Unfortunately that is a hardware issue and the console will need to be repaired. Since it isn't under warranty anymore I'll suggest you take it to a local departmental store so their repair department can fix it for you and you can take it home the same day.

    Taking it to a repair technician will be best. Changing the hard drive will lead to the console being cut off from Xbox live. It won't connect, receive updates nor even let you play games.
