    Due to update issue i perform an factory reset to my console .even after that i cant update my console .i even cant bypass update because its setting up as new device .In such case is it okay to perform an ofline update to console are there any type of
    risk to perform it.

    Xbox isn't working

    You may have to do an offline update to fix the issue or the Internal HDD is going bad. Try to do the offline update and hopefully it will fix the issue.
