offline update dont work

hallo

i have a big Problem with my xbox

all the time i want to start my xbox i get just a green screen with xbox logo

so i try troubleshoot xbox one Startup Errors and what dont work

so i try to make a offline update but i cant do this

if i want to start a offline update i get error E101 90050005 800701E7

what can i do now to fix my xbox one?

but at the end i hat to do a factory reset and i'm not in the xbox Insider programm

but now my xbox is ok

Good to hear you're all OK now and thanks for letting us know.

If you are in the Xbox Insider program you CAN'T use the offline system (OSU) method to update your console unless you leave the program.

Leaving the program generally results in a Factory reset which is probably your best course of action.

Make sure you know your account details and passwords prior to performing a factory reset.
