    Offline update and reset not working


    My Xbox has been stuck in safe mode for a week now after a failed update since then I have tried resetting it to both keeping my info and wiping it clean that didn’t work then I tried to do the osu but it doesn’t take and I can’t put it on insider what should I do to remedy this issue I’m having? Does anyone know what’s going on with it? It’s a Xbox one.

    If the problem occurred with the update and you cannot update, you will need technical help, no other procedure will solve the problem.

    You reset the console to the version that doesn't support offline without an update...and then expect it to work offline?

    Xbox doesn't restart

    I tried the offline update and it works but after the offline update my xbox request another update with 833 MB and the problem stills, offline update is working but it isn't enought there's always something to update and the question is that "Why" my
    xbox doens't reset? it's just turn off I don't uderstand whatss happend
