Offline System Update version

Discus and support Offline System Update version in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So the Xbox recently got an Update, Problem is my xbox one x keeps crapping out and im forced to keep doing offline system updates, hasnt been working...     So the Xbox recently got an Update, Problem is my xbox one x keeps crapping out and im forced to keep doing offline system updates, hasnt been working with the recent update so im trying to see if the offline system update version could be updated to the
    current version.

    Thanks for your response. If a factory reset does not resolved the issue, try an

    Offline System Update    . An offline system update will allow you to update the console with the most recent and stable version of the Xbox Operating System.

    Oh, sorry I got the links mixed up.

    Shows how to flash the update. I've since tried it, and it didn't change the OS version to the correct version. There's another thread about this, and it doesn't seem to work correctly for anyone.

    Hmm... interesting that KILL fixed it with the link. I didn't think of the offline update tool since the OP appeared to have the problem crop up without any update happening.

    For the rest in this thread, the tool KILL is referring to is the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool, and if you'd like to give it a try, it can be found here:

    support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

    FYI, if you have had your system long enough that it has received ANY updates, you'll want to use OSUDT 2, as the first version is only for new consoles with the original system version (6.2.9781.0(xb_rel_flash1307.130829-1800)).

    Thanks for your response, if a soft factory reset did not resolve the issue, try out an Offline System Update. An Offline System Update will update your console with the latest and most stable version of the Xbox One's operating system. Here's a wizard with
