    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool doesnt work when i try it!


    My Xbox recently had this problem where it doesnt turn on and kept frozen for over 1 hour! and i asked an Xbox support and they said it might be because of the Preview Program! So can anyone from the Preview Program help me with this!

    Sorry you're having issues with your console. If you're in the Preview Program and having an issues with a preview update, I would suggest reposting this thread in the preview forums here. The folks over there would be the best ones to assist with Preview

    Okay, maybe this will help:

    I personally dont know whats going on with all those disconnects, but factory reset and offline diagnostic toll helped me.

    Many people said after the NXOE update the dc's have started and others said after the last update it was fixed. For me it was a Software issue. Try System Update Diagnostic Tool. If this doesnt help send your Xbox to MS.
