    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool didn't work :/


    Looked at vids and everything tried UDST1 and 2 they didn't work.

    I was playing my Xbone during the Titan Fall beta then went back to turn it on then it

    was stuck on the green screen. While holding the eject and side button the green screen just

    turned black trying to use the system update tool. What am I doing wrong?

    Well maybe try a hard reset.

    Try doing a hard re-boot of your system. Pull the power cable out of the back of the system for 2 minutes, reconnect it, wait for the white light on your power brick to turn Orange, then start up the system. It's a safe boot that cleans your cache as well.

    No fix Duji, the offline system update diagnostic tool -
    support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool     didn't work, my xbox one would never give me the signal that it was working. Looks like I am going to have to send off for repair, but with my luck the repair website keeps giving me an error also!
