offline spider solitare

First go to "settings" (the settings on your main computer not solitaire game settings) and select "apps"

under "apps and features" find the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app and click on it

you will see "Advanced Options" in blue, click on that link

you will then see the "Reset" and click on it.

at the bottom of the window/screen there should be a + at the left end of the bar.

if there isn't a bar with icons (+/new game, cog/options, cards, lightbulb/hints) at the bottom of the window/screen there should be a triangle/up arrow at the bottom right of the screen.

click on the triangle/up arrow, and the + icon for New Game should show at bottom left.

I purchased in Microsoft store did not know is was free on line I wanted a spider solitaire game to play offline so I made purchase not complaining about purchase however I cannot play second game when down to last move only goes back and forth
on same play. I am 80 years old not real computer savvy. thanks for any help

this is not in Microsoft collection purchased this from store. I followed instructions found app and reset only thing it did was remove it from task bar still do not have + sign thank you

yes there is a bar across bottom but no + sign at left. I do have lightbulb forward and backward but I a thank youm still stuck in first game as last move just goes back and forth
