Offline profile recovery

Hi,

I had an issue with an offline account on my Xbox 360 not being able to connect to Xbox live.

After troubleshooting with Xbox support we were able to fix the issue but in the process an offline profile was deleted (profile only - not the savegames).

Is there a way to re-create the offline profile to get the savegames / achievements back (which should still be on the HD)?

Adding my partners Xbox 360 Username to the Xbox One

It sounds like you created an offline profile on your 360 for your partner. Unless it's an online profile with a unique associated email address, you won't be able to transfer it across. Your profile transferred, but your partners isn't attached to it, it's separate and offline on the 360.

I'd look at trying to convert the offline profile on your 360 to an online one, associate an email with it, then load that up in the One.

 

Account under investigation achievements question

Not necessarily true. If the Console at any time ask for the Account to be Recovered it will Revert the Profile to the last time as it appeared while Connected with Xbox LIVE. This means, Offline Achievements since may get Deleted.

I haven't tried a Account Recovery since the new Roaming Profile but if it does ask for an Account Recovery, prepare for some "missing" Achievements.
