    Sorry, but you cannot merge two profiles together. You have already created an online profile. You cannot add or merge an offline profile to it.

    You can upgrade the offline silver to gold but accounts can not be merged for good reasons

    Mix a local account and an Xbox Live account

    You can you gotta click join xbox live on the local profile and sign up this means the currently existing online profile cannot be merged with the offline profile

    Sorry, but there is no way to merge profiles or transfer anything between profiles. You would have to join Live with the offline account in order to be able to use it.
