Offline Permanent Accounts on local Xbox One.

I often have people over and we like to play co-op and multiplayer games. They don't own an Xbox One and have no need for a Live Account. On the 360 I could create accounts with their name and a generic avatar. My 360 has about 20 accounts like this so
we could keep saves and stats separate. I want to a similar thing for my Xbox One How do I do this?

Offline Game Saves Now Hidden Behind the Gold Paywall?

Neither service locks saves behind a paywall. As in, you don't have to pay to save your game locally. On Xbox Live, all saves sync regardless of account level. On PSN, only PS+ members have access to cloud saves. And the implementation is generally worse.

It seems like we're trying to insinuate that one or both services save data to the cloud and not locally in an effort to extort consumers. That's not happening on either platform. In this case, a local issue is causing your game saves to be inaccessible locally.

I have no idea what it could have been. What was the issue exactly? I tried resuming while both connected to online, and offline. And again, the game was retrieving data for my online and offline stats and unlocks... and my back up save data on my local drive was intact. I'm not insinuating anything. This is a real live account that happened about a week ago and I have no clue why.

No offline Profile, what?

This is silly, I can't create an offline profile like the 360, I called xbox and they said it is impossible to create a local account on the Xbox one, this is silly. Xbox fix this.

Sorry but there is no option for offline accounts on the One. However, you could post a request for the option at the following link

Since you removed it from the console you will not be able to redownload it to that console it will not allow you to sign into xbox live and will not allow you to redownload the profile onto any console that it is not on currently
because that profile will not be able to connect to xbox live services to redownload that profile.

but even when I try try to sign in on my friends Xbox it says 'Notice of enforcement action" when I click OK it just takes me back to home without signing me in.

Hey there, sorry, but there is no way to merge accounts.

The only way to have your offline stats on a gamertag is to use that local profile in the creation of a Xbox Live gamertag. Just for your information while signed in to the local account and connected to the internet you should be able to select 'Join Xbox
Live' on the dashboard if you wish to turn the local account into an online one.

No, you can't merge a local profile with an already existing Xbox Live account, it is only possible to 'upgrade' that local profile to a new Xbox Live account. If you want to do that see the steps on this link:
