Offline Not Working on Disney Titles - XBox Play Anywhere on Windows 10

Hey, folks. Hope somebody out there has some ideas. I have (3) XBox Play Anywhere titles that I've been attempting to run offline on Windows 10: Recore, Disneyland Adventures, and Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure. All 3 show on the Microsoft Store that
they're offline capable. Just recently, I discovered (after at least 3 hours with Microsoft support) that I needed to verify my Microsoft account on my PC. After doing this, Recore launches perfectly offline. I have not been able to launch the other 2 at
all offline. I've tried re-downloading, app troubleshooters, resetting the Store & XBox app, resetting both games, signing in and out on the Store and my computer. Microsoft had me try setting up a different account on my computer as well, and that did nothing
- same issue. Sometimes they launch without the error 'Must be connected to the internet' but then just blink back off instantly or hang on the splash screen that first displays. Anybody have any ideas? I'd appreciate any input.

No, because on windows 10 is called by Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. You should go here Xbox Play Anywhere | Xbox for ensure that Minecreft is not a Play Anywhere

Certainly sorry this is happening. However at this time, Minecraft is not what is called a play anywhere title. A play anywhere title means you when you own the digital versions of a title, it’s yours to play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. The titles
available for Play Anywhere are listed here: Xbox Play Anywhere | Xbox . Hope this helps.

I have been able to play Recore perfectly offline. Below is the link to where I found the info on this game:

"Do I need to be online or connected to the Internet to play ReCore: Definitive Edition on a Windows 10 device?

If you’re planning to be in an area with no online coverage, such as a long-distance flight or a sailing excursion, you can prepare your Windows 10 device to allow you to play ReCore: Definitive Edition offline.

For details on how to configure your Windows 10 device for offline play, visit Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode.

If you play offline, some features, such as the ability to purchase additional items from Microsoft Store, will not be available. Additionally, any leaderboards will be unavailable while you're offline.

If you earn any achievements while playing offline, they will sync to your account the next time you sign in to Xbox Live on your device. Your game save progress will also sync when you sign in to Xbox Live.

I'm aware that most of you folks probably don't have this issue due to constant Internet; I don't. Any more thoughts greatly appreciated.

No ideas, folks? Still have the issue - have tried some more things & the Disney titles still won't work - Recore still works fine.
