    hey everyone just need help w my Xbox one . So I don’t have internet connection atm so I went to my cousins to buy a game from the Microsoft store and install using their internet connection , so now it’s all installed ,How come I’m nt able to play the game
    offline even though ive already installed and bought it in internet connection?

    Greetings! I do understand your frustrations, and I apologize for the inconvenience. However, I want to clarify that this functionality is by design. Just to expound, a connection to LIVE is required in order to determine if content has been deemed inappropriate
    and removed from the service. You can read more about this in our support article on the subject titled: 'When you try to start an Xbox LIVE Indie Game, you receive the error message: "You
    must be connected to Xbox LIVE to play this game"     '

    Indie games have never had the ability to be played offline. It has to do with the differences in how they are developed.

    Hi AtomicPoem68, Indie games haven't ever been offline enabled, it's just it's always been. As for Kinect games, I'm unsure as to why you're having difficulty playing offline. I have a Kinect myself and can use it offline without any problems so I'm not
    sure what problem you're having trying to use it. It's best to play online as much as possible though to make sure that your gamer profile stays up to date. Hope that helps! :)
