Offline game on a banned console

Hello

I have an Xbox One X 1TB Console, within the warranty period.

The console has a message that this console is banned from xbox live.

but it is not possible to play even offline, Because you can not play at all without registering a Microsoft account and it is not possible to register

(a connection failure message even though the console is connected to the network), so there is really no play at all.

I purchased the console from a private person who told me that the console is banned from xbox live after innocently purchased a digital code on the network that was probably not legal, and I purchased it to play offline.

I telephoned to support and they told me : They do not see that the console is registered as banned .and even if it is banned, it is only baned from a possibility of online gaming rather than offline play.

What can I do so I can use the console and play at least offline ?

I would appreciate your help

You will be able to play single player games offline on a banned console, but none of your account information like gamerscore, will update on Xbox Live. You also will not be able to receive game updates, system updates, patches,
etc on that console.

If you are to play offline on a banned console, you should just make a new offline profile to play on it.

Yeah,you can use a banned console offline as long as it was set as the home console & you put it in offline mode.

Of course you need an XBOX account to play Xbox one 1TB console and it needs to register online, since its banned unfortunately to say its doom forever. You need at least an account that was register to it previous before it got banned. Console banned cannot
be reverse. I'll advise to get back your money and buy a brand new one.

As Koods states, if you get banned you won't get any money back. if it is a console ban you will be able to play your games offline.

You can still use a banned console offline as long as it was set as the home console when the ban happened.

At the end of the day it takes a lot to get a console ban,usually several enforcement actions on your account first which should be warning enough.

A console ban is the last resort so if you do get your console banned & can't use it offline you have no one to blame but yourself really.
