    Offline error


    Having an issue with the app for PC where I appear offline to other people but it shows myself as online, I also cannot follow other but they can't follow me and I cannot send or receive messages. Also I get an error with offline permissions saying
    "Come back later. we can't confirm offline permissions at the moment"

    Any tips?

    Get offline and try to install the disc offline after performing a hard rest of the console. For more help check this support link:
