    Used to run Windows Media Center attached to the same antenna I have and I got DD 5.1 OTA for several channels. I now have an XboxOne with the OTA USB adapter. It works great except for what I think is an issue where I am not getting 5.1 DD OTA like I
    used to.

    Watching foozeball right now and I used to get this in 5.1 but i'm not now.

    I had audio settings to 5.1 uncompressed - no dice

    I had audio settings to bitstream out (as both DTS or DD 5.1) and neither appear to give my receiver actual 5.1

    I have a pioneer VSX-33 so I know its capable of this (my HTPC decodes and streams the live channels just fine) - the Xbox just doesnt seem to be sending actual DD to my receiver.

    Hopefully I've got settings wrong and its an easy fix. Surely the xbox is capable of sending 5.1 OTA through to the receiver as any other modern box can.

    Same issue here. 5.1 worked fine with the USB tuner prior to the NXOE update. I've had to update two xboxes and both times immediately after the update 5.1 OTA functionality was lost. Surround is enabled in my TV settings but it has no effect. Surround
    still works fine for games, movies etc.
