    Hello Everyone,

    I was directed here by customer service, please let me know if this is the right forum for this! Xbox Australia hosted a competition earlier this year called the "Great Gamerscore Race" in which the gamer that scored the highest achievement
    points, won the competition. It was a heavily promoted event on their page. Strangely, after a couple of weeks of 'tallying' the scores, they announced the wrong winner. There were two gamers who earned higher (one of which, being my brother). Anyway, they
    show no interest in amending the results and are completely unapologetic about it. I tried reaching out to them, and they either ignore me or reply as a fictional character called 'kronjob' who is just as useful as being ignored. I just think it's terrible
    for a PR company who's representing Xbox, to create ill will amongst Xbox fans by failing to address it. Can anyone please help with this?

    Sorry but this sounds like it needs to be dealt with either through the Australian website as it is specific to that area.

    Kronjob is the gamer tag of a microsoft employee, so that response you recieved is in an official capacity from MS.

    One thing I will point out is that xbox does reserve the right to award the competition to the highest score they feel has not cheated in any way shape or form. Now Im not saying that these two people you refer to have cheated, just enlightening you to one
    of the reasons that may have lead them to this decision.

  5. Thank you for replying, Jeff. The person I talked to worked for a PR company called Soap, and they assume the persona of "Kronjob". I would very much like an official Microsoft employee to look into it as I know they didn't cheat. The scores can be tallied
    up on trueachievements.com and verified that they are legit and earned while online. I think the leaderboards they were looking at may have glitched out at one point, but what bothers me is that they were very unapologetic and too lazy to look into it.

    MS Aus Social don't really like dealing with these forums - we lost support here when Pidgeo went Official Xbox Australia Facebook Complaint :( and had a couple of forum changes over a few months.

    you would have to go direct to there gamertag or post the heck out of there Facebook page.
