    Official response regarding the anniversary emails


    I have no email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, I bought my Xbox One from Amazon on release and played it many many hours over the past year. My email is up to date in the preferences and I had both check boxes ticked to receive promo emails. Nothing is in my spam folder.
    What gives? Who else can we contact? I would have liked to see that info and maybe win a prize!

    Disconnect issues possibly caused by wireless mic?

    In order to have received the email promotion you would need to live in one of the 13 launch countries, be over the age of 17 and have been set up to receive marketing emails before November 11.

    You can check to see if you are set up to receive emails at this link

    Since replying to your post I have found another from a support agent stating that gifts were random and not all people received one.

    Hello i talked to xbox chat yesterday because i happened to not receive my day one acheivement card thing in my box but i got the day one controller and box, i got the xbox from the doritos every2minutes promotion i even have the card to prove it id just
    like the achievement please. Ill gladly send pictures of everything it came with to prove im not lying. Im very sad that i missed out on some of todays prizes because of this issue that i never even knew about the achievement until a couple days ago. thank

  9. I'm having the same problem. I haven't received my email either and I'm opted in for emails. Have received the limbo code and that was it. No gamer pic or anything. Have spoke to the guys at support and they've told me to come here. Not happy!!!!!

    There were 2 different promotions . One was gifts which were given to Year One people randomly. The other was for Limbo which was supposed to be given to Day One people. Most Day One people seem to have gotten Limbo, but a few like myself didn't.

    He sent me to this forum stated the problem.

    As I said , this is 9 years I have subscribed to Xbox LIVE, and I have not received any gift ... nothing.

  15. Much like everyone else in this section I purchased my Xbox One of day one and have played more than 10 hours and am set up to receive marketing promotions and offers from Microsoft. When Microsoft sent out the rewards email for early adopters on friday,
    I did not receive mine. I have contacted support 3 times now and the last person said I had to contact the rewards department. I just want to get in contact with the department that can send me my email. Thanks
