It doesn't matter I jumped through the same hoops just for them to tell me that I should have hot the code from xbox and to take it up with them.

We do see that some of you guys are still having the persisting issue with the
GTA$ code not arriving. The last update we had in regards to this information we were informed that the latest the codes should of arrived would have been on
11/08/2018. If you still haven't received any codesyou would need to contact
Live Support as here in the forums we wouldn't be able to assist further.

Good luck. Every agent I've talked to seems genuinely surprised about this situation. One agent told me to post on here and told me good luck. The last one that I talked to made a service ticket for me that has yet to be closed.

I preordered my copy of red dead redemption and still waiting the code for my gta 2 million. Ive give it the benefit of the doubt but now there taking the preverbal. Im sorry but when you pay for goods and only receive part goods it breaks one or two law's.
Get it sorted you've had long enough now.

I've now raised two separate cases with Xbox's live chat support regarding my issue with not receiving my GTA$ code for pre-ordering RDR2 Ultimate Edition.

The first time I had to explain my problem multiple times before the support agent marked the case as "resolved" despite being about as much help as a chocolate teapot.

The second case I opened seemed much more promising; the support agent understood my issue and after sending a screenshot of proof of the promotion from R*'s official site, I was informed that the problem was being worked on and I could expect contact from
Microsoft over the next 24-72 hours and get my issue resolved in "one contact".

This was last Tuesday, November 13th and even after sending an e-mail requesting an update on Monday morning, still no word.

If I went to a restaurant and I witnessed the chef spit in my food, I would consider it better customer service because at least they wouldn't have withheld anything I've paid for.

It's now over two weeks from the very latest date we should've received our promotional codes. Not only is it not acceptable, I'm pretty sure it breaks a law or two.

Hi Onyxishere. Just saw your post about this issue show up today and realized that it's been 10 days since I pre-ordered Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition in the Xbox Store and I haven't seen an email or message
from Microsoft regarding the offered 2M credits for GTA V. Here's hoping the 2M is still coming and is just slow in being processed.

Hi there,

my brother has another big problem with RDR2. So first some general information about the situation. We both have one Xbox One X and each of us has his own Xbox Gamertag / Microsoft Account. I preordered RDR2 ultimate edition in june in the official Microsoft
Store, so i have the following contents: RDR2, Special Edition Conent, Ultimate Edition Conent, War Horse and Treasure Map Preorder Bonus. I installed the game with my account and all works fine - i have all the bonus content inside the game - that's fine!

So now the problem come in. My Brother wanted to play my Version of RDR2, but he couldn't because i don't have Xbox Gold, so i can not share the game to him, therefore is bought the RDR2 Ultimate edition 2 from cdkeys.com, which includes the special and
ultimate edition content, too! Not sure if the preorder stuff is included (but that is not the problem). He installed the game and started to play. First all works and the Black Chestnut Thoroughbred for example appears
on on the right mission.

The next day he played again and he was missing that horse. His horse was replaced with a default horse. So we do some stuff like reset xbox, reset account, power cycle xbox, clear game cache but nothing works. So then
we did another test. I logged in to my account on the same console and he too so that the both where logged in on the console, then he switched to his account and played the game and what have we seen? Right the his horse was the Black
Chestnut Thoroughbred. Then we closed the game, i logged off my account and he started the game again and what happened? Right his Black Chestnut Thoroughbred horse was replaced by a default horse again. So this
is a really strange behaviour.

So where is the [Mod Removed – Profanity]. problem?? I think he MUST be able to have the ultimate edition content without i am logged in, because he bought
his own version. So what is the problem here?
