    So, 2nd try to get my xbox repaired failed

    Hello Henrik,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. There used to be two separate repair options for the original Xbox One. One of the repair options was for the console. The other repair option was for the power supply. The console repairs do not include a repair
    for the power supply. At this time, the Xbox One power supply is officially not supported. The only way to replace the power supply is to purchase it through a third party retailer. We hope this helps!
