    Dear Xbox just recently purchased a Xbox one X and did not realize I would not be able to hook up my kinect after realizing I needed an adapter I looked to buy one only to find there was none left to buy for 40 dollars from Microsoft it is extremely unfortunate
    that Kinect is dead however this is a piece of hardware that I still have games for and use for voice commands and streaming I get you guys not developing new content or games for it but what’s about the people

    Who have old games or use it for other things seems like bad business also you might want to know that people are selling these things on amazon and eBay for 300/400 dollars this is doing nothing but giving you guys a bad name sincerely Dustin Mirra

    Will Microsoft produce any additional kinect adapters? Planning to upgrade to a 4k game system and prefer to stay with xbox, but do not want to lose the kinect. Thanks!

    Can I Play Xbox One? (Im From Indonesia)

    Oh yeah, almost forgot:
    Xbox won't be official in Indonesia for years until someone at Microsoft (who hast to be on the top executives or the board of directors of course) makes the decision to launch Xbox officially in Indonesia, with it's services.
    Heck, I've tried to do that with a petition, but I've only got 26 supporters. I don't know how to get more people. I've tried on twitter and facebook, but it can only go so far. If you're interested, sign the petition & make Xbox official in Indonesia.

    I agree with you all...the fact that Microsoft says that it has discontinued making the adapter spells no more customer of Microsoft here....I talked to Microsoft support and they assured me that they will be producing more as there are a lot of folks like
    us out there with a kinect and games but no way to use. Also I purchased this as a gift for x-mas and of course I can no longer return the kinect, games or the xbox one s. If Microsoft does not make more of these adapters, they have lost a customer for life!!!

    They still produce Kinect Adapters for the Xbox One Kinect, The XB1 Kinect also got discontinued, so why shouldn't they do it Wth XB360 Kinect

    The only Kinect that works with the Xbox One is V2. There are sadly no more official adapters being made, but you might be able to pick up a used one somewhere.
