Hi there, the last achievement I received was June 16th 2016. It is not 2:50pm PST on July 12th.

My gamertag is and I play on Xbox One.

I have relogged, removed my accounted, powercycled, tried multiple different internet connections and multiple consoles.

I completed achievement requirements but neither on console nor on xbox.com have my achievements been unlocked or progress changed / tracked to any extent. Backwards compatible 360 Games work fine however my Xbox Ones have not since May 27th.

I have done everything in my abilities as asked by xbox support, so it my understanding that it Xbox that must fix this problem.

Any and all feedback and assistance would be greatly appreciated, as
I am currently a very disatisfied customer with no intentions of paying for Microsoft products or services any longer should this not be resolved.

Did you boost or use network maniuplation in order to reset challenges (or something similar) to rank up faster?

Posting here will not yield any results. These are not the official Halo or 343 Industries forums. I also highly doubt that you'll "hack the game real bad", and blindly threatening people with presumably empty threats will also yield you no results. Play
by the rules or risk punishment. If this is your second time being deranked, you've obviously broken the rules before.

Definitely follow the link that Daft Badger provided and follow the steps listed there. In addition, I recommend you attempt to

Factory Restore Your Xbox One console. Please note that there are two options, I suggest you begin with the first option which allows you to keep your games and apps before you attempt option two. I understand this is less than ideal however we have seen
this solution help other users in similar situations.

Unfortunately the codes are only valid till 2 October 2018. So receiving it in a 3 month window (if it's past the next 10 days) would make it non-redeemable.

Yeah...the service status page has nothing on it concerning achievements.

That "official" response looks so copy/pasted. Quite annoying.

It is indeed partly their job but they can't patch the console itself, where most of the mods originate, that needs to be Microsoft.

The Enforcement Team can ban all they want but until the exploits on the console are fixed by Microsoft, the PET and the developers are fighting a losing battle.
