Official chat adapter stopped working

So got my chat adapter and it worked great for 2 days now it dose nothing no light when you press the mute button plug yet the original chat mic in that came with the X1 and it works, has this gone faulty or is it just a software fault

X41 Mic Help

The Turtle Beach X41 mic chat randomly stopped working with my Xbox One.

Mic chat works fine on laptop and 360 chat.

I've replaced the chat adapter and still nothing.

Any help?

 

Will xp500s work with Xbox one now?

I bought the official headset adapter but the plug on the turtle beach lead is 2.5mm and the adapter is 3.5mm

gutted!

any ideas how I can get these working for chat also?
