Offered deals for Xbox live then either I can't have them or they've disappeared

twice in a week been offered different Xbox live deals and either they have disappeared or when I select them it says I can't have it ???

1st deal was 40% off Xbox live 12 month when I came back it had disappeared then it was replaced by deal 2 which was a month free but I can't have that because I've previous had Xbox live ... I mean come on you can't offer the deals then say you can't have
them, there has to be some type of trading standards law against that

Spoke to online chat who have said they can't assist either, it's down to promotions

Not had the best start to my new Xbox one s faulty within a months then 2 weeks without it, and it came back marked by stickers and black marks now this

Games with Gold

While I can't say that "I've been on Xbox Live my whole life", I have been around for the past 8+ years and out of the 37 games that have been offered, I may have downloaded 1 of them. Most of the games offered I either have already or don't have any interest
in. Having said all of that... I don't care what games are offered, odds are I'm not going to download them anyway.

MS are at it again.....

^ That's good. Like I said earlier, the deals they've been offering lately have been awesome. Can't wait for more $5 and $10 games to be offered, as well as 2/3 savings on newer titles.

it depends if you were signed in on another profile then the offer would've been only for that account

Promotions are limited time and no one knows the conditions you must meet

So on the second instance I'm guessing they offered one of your other accounts but not your primary

Not all offers are available on your account

Onlh on the profile that displays it

1st one I'm guessing it was because you waited roo long

The first month offer would only be for accounts that don't have live yet as that would be their 1st month that's why it's not available to you on the gold account

As mentioned by Support noone can initate the promotions again you are going to have to wait till another promotion comes up

Best bet buy from Amazon or Cd keys they often are on sale

That's not an awful deal, but I wouldn't take it.

I find if you ignore the deal on offer, it'll disappear after a couple of days, and then there is no deal on offer for a day or two, then you often get a better deal.

This is a random promotion that appears and disappears from the Xbox LIVE dashboard more than likely based on a quota. If you don't see it on your account when you login to your console then the offer is not there any longer. It may return, it may not and it
could be replaced by something else or nothing at all.

These are limited time offers, and it's best to jump on them when they are there and not wait. Unfortunately, there's no way for anyone to be able to offer you this deal as it's dashboard only.
