    Offer for Microsoft Movies and TV Rewards points not showing up


    Thank you for the program!

    I hope you could help me, I have completed the requirements of "Must watch" and "Movie Marathon " but the status bar hasn't changed nor awarded the points for that challenge in my account.

    Could this be for the transitions to Microsoft points that hasn't updated the account?

    Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.

    This offer follows standard MyVIP rules. From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.
