Hello Microsoft i i was on the xbox live playing gta5 and people were being racist and saying offensive languages mostly about black people and that is not tolerated in Xbox Live he needs a permanent ban and it was not only one there was multiply of them
all of their Gamer tags are, EN No Fear 9, ITz CiViC rz, mdish22 that's all of their gamertags who were being say offensive words

Suspended for 3 weeks for reporting a cheater.

Because you used offensive language in a message. That is why you got suspended. You deserved it for using the offensive language. As boozyhead has said post in the suspension forums

Sorry to hear about the poor experience while gaming. If you haven't already done so, you can report the players through your console. If you're not sure how, you can follow the steps here:

support.xbox.com/.../report-gamer-for-bad-conduct

Calling out players in the forums like that is considered Naming and Shaming, and not permitted in the forums.

I find that strange as last year i was supposed to have said something wrong and it took them 5 minutes to remove it and take action.

If you report a message, it can take some time for the report to be processed.

First of all, because of "trustability" of your report. Whenever you correctly report a violation, and the Enforcement Team acted on your correct report, your "trust rating" goes up.

Higher trusted reports move up faster in the report queue than reports with lower trust. So if you haven't reported often, or reported incorrectly, your report got "overtaken" by reports with higher trust.

But rest assured, your report is still being looked into.

Also, due to the Corona Pandemic going on, the Enforcement Team is understaffed and can't work efficiently in the office right now. So reports can be stuck even longer in the reporting queue.
