    These forums are slow enough with us being limited in our conversation topics. I'm afraid we might break the internet if the floodgates are opened. Off topic :)

    There is no way to report people via the forums. You can only file a complaint via the console.

    If it's a problem with someone on the forum, you can try PMing a member of support with a link to the thread or a copy of a message.

    As said, the best bet is to report the player from their player card under the correct section, you can also add a comment to go into further detail, if the user is still a problem, I would recommend filing the complaint as said and blocking the user so
    they can no longer, contact, view or play with you etc.

    The Off Topic forum has been located in the PC section for years now.

    I think the better question would be why is there a PC section here. MS gave up on PC/GFWL long ago.
