On top of what dark link said, did you happen get a new/replacement console? Whenever you get a new console, your Downloaded Items will require you to be online in order to access them. If you perform a license transfer, you would then be able to access
most of your items while offline.

The best thing is for you to do a DRM transfer with the account that purchased the items.

Follow those steps provided in the link and you will be able to play your games on and offline and the other accounts will be able to play them once again.

Once the DRM transfer has been complete, all you have to do is re-download each item again.

So make a list of the things that are important and you want access to and then download it. Since It's already on your hard drive, each download will just need to download the key so it will jump from 1% to 99% and then complete it's download.

I play with updates but I dont fool around with the mods. I am a achievement hunter and when you enable mods, achievements get disabled. I love fallout 4!!!! Not as good a elder scrolls, but thats just my opinion.

Hello, you can put your status as offline, so everyone will see you as offline even if you are online.by pressing the Guide button > Settings > Preferences > Online Status

Hey Swampy! You can set your profile to display that you are offline. Simply go to your account on Xbox.com and select Privacy and Online Settings.

You can also turn off notifications in your Xbox Settings. Hope that helps!
