now i go stop auto payment service XBOX live , Microsoft ban my consolle because i mete ever incorrect pkayer but i never report , if 1 kid report me i go ready suspended , is no sense , team Enforcement dont ' exist ( in real ) is all auto ..., don r exist
rules of suspension or ban , there are no notify of ban ( not eligible why ???? ) , customer must be informed ..., i have a consolle banned for 30 days .., here there are only serious voulontary who think can subisti tute the Microsift Corporation .... (

Only thing that tgey says is invite customer to read rules of forum ( 200 artickes ) , ahahah support zero , fantastic choise of Microsoft ...

Thanks! I just got off the support line. They believe there to be a hardware issue so I have to send it in. I talked to Best Buy since I purchased it 9/30/2011 and they won't do anything because it's two days out of the exchange policy. Nice! Thanks

On top of what dark link said, did you happen get a new/replacement console? Whenever you get a new console, your Downloaded Items will require you to be online in order to access them. If you perform a license transfer, you would then be able to access
most of your items while offline.

The best thing is for you to do a DRM transfer with the account that purchased the items.

Follow those steps provided in the link and you will be able to play your games on and offline and the other accounts will be able to play them once again.

Once the DRM transfer has been complete, all you have to do is re-download each item again.

So make a list of the things that are important and you want access to and then download it. Since It's already on your hard drive, each download will just need to download the key so it will jump from 1% to 99% and then complete it's download.

That 30 day message will also show up if the email you registered/created to move it to was created within 30 days or if either of them have had a password reset.

Wait for that 30 days to go by and then you should be able to swap it off.
