    Off chat bug


    Hi games team! I seem to be having a really off bug in Neverwinter. Basically I cannot use any in game chat lines. Private tells, looking for group, guild chat and guild wide mail....nothing works. I've Done troubleshooting with arc and with xbox live
    and haven't been able to restore functionality.

    As anadditional bit of information, my wife has a family shares live account on the same xbox one and plays neverwinter on my console. We are in the same guilds and have a similar friends list. She has no problems with in game chat. We compared her guild
    wide emails to mine and it appears my issue started sometime between April 5th (the date of my last guild mail) and April 28th (the next guild wide mail she got, but I didnt.) Any assistance y'all can provide would be greatly appreciated. My service request

    there is a bug in y’all chat it forces people to get muted and you can’t unmute them y’all need to fix this because if we are playing a game together I can’t hear them and im getting tired of this I’ve try everything rest after restart everything but nothing
    work or it unmutes for a second and then remute this is getting out of hand fix so I can play with my friends

    Xbox game chat not working

    If its fortnite the game is bugged i usally turn off all the audio settings then turn it back on restart fortnite and join a xbox party then switch to game chat it works sometimes

    I think this is a bug, I've only head people a few times, works fine w party chat though. The few times I do hear people it usually comes through the connect even though I have that turned off for chat and I can hear friends in headset in PC

    Xbox one weird audio problem

    Currently there is a bug that is affecting users in different ways. For me, if I open a Party Chat, my tv volume drops down almost 10 notches. If I turn off Party Chat and use in game (while still in a party or not) my volume is fine.

    It's weird. Microsoft is looking into at the moment. I'm sure they'll figure it out soon enough..
