    Oemid mismatch error


    I am trying to update my bios through qflash, but i keep getting an error saying Oemid mismatch. I have tried to download the file again and tried again, but its not working. I am on a Gigabyte Z490UD motherboard and am trying to install the F22 bios update (found here:

    Had no problem with my AT version. But the german and AT versions are 100% identical! The AT version has USK18 on the disk.

    They sold you a code from a region other than the one they advertised or you bought it from a region other than your own. Since the codes are region-locked, they will have to change the code for you.
