Discus and support ODST is missing, please help!!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, I received the original download code for ODST when they were sent out.     ODST is missing, please help!!!


    Hi, I received the original download code for ODST when they were sent out. I redeemed it but I never went in to play it. Now I am re-playing everything before 5 comes out and it is trying to make me purchase ODST when I try and play it from within MCC.
    Can you help me?

    ODST code redeemed and game installed but not showing up

    I have launchEd Halo Mcc after install of ODST and it is not showing up. There is no update being triggered for Halo MCC so I don't know why the ODST game type is not showing up.

    Please help.

    If you redeemed the code and it's not showing on your account it sounds like you might have redeemed the code on a different account on accident. Try signing in with other accounts on the console and check under Games & Apps and under the 'Ready to install'
    list.

    As shadow walkerOZ mentioned, if you're still not able to find the content please reach out to Phone/Chat support to take a look into the content tied to your account.

    Hey and thanks but that is not the problem, I only have one account that I have had for 10 years. I have been on chat with them 3 times about the issue and they keep directing me here. The only thing it could be is that I actually never redeemed the code
    like I thought I did and the message expired and was deleted.
