    Oddly billed for live


    Originally I was paying 9.99 a month for live, billed on or around the 24th of the month, February 5th I changed from monthly to yearly and paid then and there for it, the 24th rolled around and I was billed the 9.99 again.

    Is this normal?

    Am I paying for both subscriptions now?

    or is that 9.99 just for the remainder of the month and I won't get billed monthly again after?

    I'm gonna call support in an hour or so when they open to ask but was hoping someone could shine some light on my confusion while I'm waiting.

    If I buy 4000 microsoft points for COD Elite. Will I be billed now or at the end of the month when I get billed for monthly Xbox Live.?

    xbox live gold didnt renew

    I was billed $9.99 and i forgot i had auto-renewal on so i turned it off right after i was billed. So my xbox live expired today even though i was still charged for it to renew today. Does my xbox live renew or what?

    How can I re-install games?

    Did you searching them in the Xbox store and reinstall it that way? Or you can log into your account online and view your order history and redownload the game from there. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/check-xbox-live-bill
    I checked my order history, and oddly enough, the one game I was looking to re-install was not there. I'm looking for Black ops 4. Now, oddly enough, the black ops 4 DLC pass that I also purchased the same day is there, but not the game itself.

    Apps give me installation stopped error "0x80072f8f" but games work completely fine. Xbox One S.

    Oddly the XBox LIVE status shows that everything is good. Does that mean that this problem is ignored?
