    Odd Problem With Hawken...


    Ok so, a few hours ago I decided to play Hawken.
    When the goes thru the “syncing stats” I am showed the training person Lelia (whatever).
    She wants me to play Co-DM.
    I cannot get out of it.
    So just to see what is happening, when I get to the garage all the mechs I have gotten since last July are there.
    All the few customizations for each are there.
    The ranking for each seems correct.
    However….

    My ranking is 1.
    Whereas last Saturday is was 25.
    Anyone know why?
    I cannot go to the garage….just a few seconds while the Co-op DM is loading.
    It is automatically forcing me in the above-mentioned game….I cannot seem to change it.
    I checked a few other games at random that use online ranking (CODs) and the three I checked seemed normal.

    Anyone know why my ranking is suddenly 1 and why I cannot get out of the co-op DM game? It looks as tho my saves are gone but that would not explain the Live ranking demotion.

    Network Connection Type?: Wired

    Things you have tried: -----

    Is UPnP Enabled?: I believe so

    Is Nat Type open?: Yes.

    Any errors you encounter?: None. It just kicks me off.

    What type of internet do you have?: Cable

    Who is your ISP provider?: bigpond

    Odd problem with Connection

    Not exactly sure where to post this, First time.

    However,

    Problem isn't with disconnecting while playing online. I'm disconnecting if I'm not playing online

    If I sit at any menu idle i'll disconnect even when downloading

    I cannot play any kind of single player games without disconnecting in 5 min.

    I cannot play online game modes solo, for example Two worlds 2 private game/Bullet storm private anarchy.

    It's really odd, If I play with another person on any online games it'll go without a single Lag or DC, but as soon as I play solo I dc.

    I dont think that this is the reason of the problem. The game could be played without any problems. The download any bought MC for hawken is not possible.

    You could try calling up phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/contact-us) to see about a refund for the name change. I'm not guaranteeing anything, but it's worth a call.
