ODD FOOD ~ xBox mic pass through issue

Ok, so about 5 days ago I started having this issue. Below are the facts so far. ISSUE: Mics are seen by xBox One but no one in my partys can hear me. 1 I have tried two MS One headsets and an adapter with my iphone ear buds and mic. All three have same
results. 2 When I talk the mic acknowledge circle responds correctly still no one hears me. 3 I CAN send recorded messages through the mic just fine. 4 Clicked icon to ensure proper pairing of headset after joining party. 5 NAT is open, Privacy is open. 6
Kinect for chat is disabled. 7 Screamed in frustration!!

Pinpointing my odd broken mic issue!

Similar thing happening to me. When using the official xbox one stereo headset my chat output volume goes so low that party members can barely even hear me at all. Then sometimes it goes normal again. However when using the standar chat headset none of this
happens.

Both of my controllers show same symptons. Xbox support was unable to provide any answer at all aside from the typical send your headset back and get a new one. However some of my friends who've had this issue say that the replacement headset behaved the
exact same way.

 

Halo 4 Crimson Map Pack No Longer Working After One Week Mic Ban

Mic Got banned for one week. That isn't the issue.

The issue is now when I log in I get a message asking to make sure that I am connect to xbox live and have the war games pass. I have the legendary edition and used my code. Got the Specs and Crimson as stated. So I have the Season Pass installed. I have
deleted crimson, cleared cache, and redownloaded but still get the error and the maps are not playable for me. Is this connected to the One week mic ban? It would seem really odd if they were connected but stranger things have happened I suppose.

 

After checking with Microsoft Support I had a temp ban for 24 hrs which triggered this mute issue. However, it is still in place and I can not request a review of the ban since it is technically over. HELP!

The only solution I have found is to post to the Enforcement Forum with a complete detasiled account of what happened and all of the possible solutions tried. Then request they check your account and repair it. Since this forum no longer shows up easily
and it took a Microsoft tech to find it for me (shout out to Teresa!) I am posting it below in order to help others.
