Odd Error Involving My Pins

I hope I put this question in the correct subgroup because this is an odd one.

I'm getting an odd error that involves My Pins (as the title above says) and the error message is coming from Xbox Stores.

Before I continue, some context. For me, I use My Pins as a "wish list" sort-of thing to catalog and quickly access game add-ons I want to buy in the future without going through multiple menus to do so. With the context now given, here's
my issue.

No matter what pinned add-on I select inside the menu, I get an error message from
Xbox Stores with the status code 8C010003. Said code means that there's a problem with Xbox LIVE and it gives me possible reasons and solutions to try and resolve this problem.

That's all well and good but in my case, it's a false positive, the service is giving me an error which isn't true.

I'm getting the error by doing this:

Xbox Dashboard → My Pins → Select [Add-on] → ERROR

Restarting the console didn't change anything and neither did signing out and signing back in.

So I tested to see if the error is true or not by doing this:

Xbox Dashboard → Games tab → Browse Games → [Game menu] → Extras tab → Select [Add-on] → [Add-on menu] → Purchase → Open Purchase window → Confirm Purchase → Start Download

So the service is up and running and the marketplace is fine, as I bought and downloaded the add-on so there is at least a bug or glitch in
My Pins which is giving a false positive error for game add-ons. Because I get errored after selecting the add-on, I cannot remove it from My Pins unless I go to the add-on from the game's menu.

So you might be thinking "What's the problem, then?"

Right now, I have 2 game add-ons in My Pins for SCOTT PILGRIM THE GAME and with the removal of the game from the marketplace on December 30th, 2014 (according to Wikipedia), I cannot simply remove the add-ons from
My Pins as the game is not in the marketplace, which means I can't go to the game's menu to unpin the add-on, which means the add-on is forever stuck inside
My Pins.

As far as I can tell, the removal of SCOTT PILGRIM THE GAME from the marketplace while I had 2 things pinned from the game caused this bug/glitch for me.

Long story short, whenever the next Dashboard update is, this bug/glitch needs to be fixed.

Until then, is there a way to unpin everything pinned inside My Pins?

I'm having the same problem. But mine is with halo wallpapers. Lol. Let me know if you get a solution.

 

i had the same problem, i had a couple of games and a couple of demos pinned, and wanted to remove them but couldn't. every time i tried, it gave me that error code "8c010003"... i just figured out how to remove them though! i was trying to go to the game's
page by going into "my pins", then selecting the game or hitting "x" for details to remove the pin, but i kept getting those same errors. i ended up going to the general games tab though, looked in the on demand section for the game i wanted to un-pin, i found
it- selected it (which it worked there but hadn't worked trying it from "my pins") then i crossed my fingers and selected "remove pin" and it worked!!!! so simple, but so stupid and complicated that it was giving errors like that while trying to do it from
"my pins"...

 

Same idiotic problem.

Solution was no help to me. Maybe they should fix this?? Since I'm seeing posts like this from a couple years back. Sad.
