    Odd connection problems; Need help!


    I've had my Xbox one for about 3 weeks now and I've been experiencing problems on my games my ping always low nat is always open download speed is 24 Mbps and up is 6 Mbps. The odd thing is I'm not lagging the enemies are, and this is for every game I play.
    One thing I do notice is that bandwidth goes from 60 something Kbps to 0 real quick and it will keep going up and down. I've only experienced this problem once and it's when I screwed around with my MAC address once but easily fixed by resetting everything
    to automatic but I haven't changed my settings at all this time. Need help!

    Odd connection problems

    A couple of months ago my xbox would not connect to the internet when it started up randomly, but if I just restarted my modem (Motorola NVG510) then I could get it working again. The problem progressed to where more often than not my xbox would not be
    connected on start up and a simple restart did not do the trick. I tested my connection and the only error I have received is moderate NAT settings. I set up a static IP with my router and also forwarded all the ports according to the support page, and my
    xbox still does not connect on start up. However, if I check the connection now it says there is no error and I connect just fine until I try to play a game. Pretty soon after starting a game I am disconnected. The weird thing is I can use Netflix just
    fine.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would love to be able to start playing my games online!

    oh and I use wireless connection and don't use port forwarding if that helps

    I have cleared the cache before when this was happening. It happened on my last Xbox I had before it red ring'd.

    I am using a router, so I will definitely try connecting directly, and updating my router.

    have you tested your network connection and hit Y( dose it say 192.168.1 on one of the listed items?)
