Odd clicking noise.

    Odd clicking noise.


    I've had my Xbox One since January and It's been powered on near enough constantly due to having my TV connected to it, I've not had a single problem with it until I inserted the Forza Horizon 2 disc earlier today which gave me this odd sound -

    I don't believe I've noticed this sound before, is this anything to worry about?

    just got home from launch, popped in my copy of ghosts and is making this odd noise, kinda like a clicking noise. also xbox cant seem to read any discs.. so pissed right now...

    I can't hear anything coming from my Xbox One, but then again that's why I wear hearing aids. =P

    It sounds like these are the fans. You can try installing games to the HDD, to reduce noise produced by the console during play.

    Thanks but its not even 3 days old. Could it be bad fan from factory or is some noise normal?
    If you have doubts take it back and exchange it; there is some noise in a quiet room but any odd sort of clicking, whining etc I would think is not good.
