Odd behaviour when received the Mixpot 2017 rewards

Hi there,

I don't have a major issue (hence me posting regarding a freebie from over a year ago!) but had some weird behaviour on my console and was just curious really if anyone else had experienced anything similar. When the free copy of Rare Replay started downloading,
it downloaded about four of the games then stopped downloading. When looking around I noticed there was a number 1 next to apps and when I looked in there, one of the app tiles just had a big question mark in it and said "Unknown App"??? I deleted this and
everything continued to download ok. Once everything had downloaded, with Rare Replay you get two copies of each game - one with the Rare Replay banner across and one without. I had two copies of each apart from Banjo and Kazooie Nuts and Bolts, which I only
had the Rare Replay banner version of. Made me wonder if somehow the non banner version had been confused as an app hence the strange issue and missing game. As I mentioned at the start, it really is no problem as I'm not even missing a free game, but I've
always been curious as I've never heard of anyone else ever having an "unknown app" error like this. My downloads since have always seemed to be a bit temperamental since then and it's always bugged me whether this is just a coincidence or if something got
"stuck" in the download pipeline.

Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

Did not receive E3 2018 Mixpot

Hello, I did not receive this year's E3 Mixpot. I previously connected my Mixer account for the E3 2017 Mixpot and received those items. Can someone assist me? Thanks so much.

I haven't experienced the same - but have you tried a power cycle? Usually, if my downloads get a little weird, I will reset both my router and my Xbox. You can do so by unplugging them from the wall and waiting 5 minutes before plugging back in.

Thanks for the reply, appreciated. I have since done a full console reset (including games and apps) as well as the router on many occasions. The last few downloads have all been fairly smooth, more curious about the mystery app that appeared and just wanted
to see if anyone else had a similar issue

Odd mixpot reward in comparison to the usual

if your not having problems with other games then i would say you've been unlucky on that one game , you'll need to delete the save for that game though before you'll be able to play it again and unfortunately that means you'll lose what you've done so far
sorry.
