October's update

I'm curious, what day is the Xbox one suppose update? I try to get the preview program. I have more than one request into the preview program, I contacted Microsoft, Jerick, the tech support agent I spoke to could see I have
5 invites and this only proves that the admins don't really feel like doing their jobs. So, with that said, how do I contact the head of that department?

The last uldate was really terrible! I have problems all the time, games not working, WI-FI disconected, so strange things happened. The issues are intermittent. Thats awful!

 

if the preview program has reach its capacity you will be on a waiting list to join, even if you have been invited by other members of the program, unfortunately they do not tell you your in the program until you recieve the update

 

Being invited does not guarantee that you will be accepted,no matter how many people invite you.

Not sure how that equates to the "admins" not doing their job.

There is no one to contact.If you get accepted you will get a message over live telling you to download the preview app.If you don't get this message then you have not been accepted.

Oh and OP, If you do somehow contact them. Be sure to yell, belittle and tell them how incompetent they are. They love that.

 

and remember while yelling at them ask for free stuff like games and live for compensation for not being accepted as a tester.

It's probably a good thing you haven't been accepted. Otherwise I'm sure that after the first bug pops up and inconveniences you, you'll be complaining that the programmers didn't do their job.

I tried the code but couldn't be bothered to wait for it to work so called support to complain. They told me to post here then all I heard was laughing and the phone went dead! Is this normal?
