October Xbox Quest

Never received reward for completing Octobers Xbox quest.

On a related note: Live Chat Support doesn't seem to understand that Quest are not related to MyRewards (are they?) or were unable to direct me to the proper section regarding the quest in MyRewards.

I never received my mystery reward for october either. after an hour with the support team, they sent me here...

I received your message, in it you stated I failed to sign up for gamepass during the the month of October, however it is listed on my account (under subscriptions) that I signed up on 10/31/2017 and I also have the email thanking me for signing up that
I also received on the 31st. I can provide the email if needed.
