October Xbox Game Quest

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I am wanting to inquire about the October Xbox Game Quest. I believe I have completed all the necessary requirements as in 15 days logged in, 4/4 achievements, and 3 groups joined. Problem being I don't truly know
how to track in, in case of something not getting logged correctly. I am determined to finish this as the reward of possibly winning a Samsung QLED tv is something at least I desire and could only dream of winning as my stretch of luck is pretty much nonexistent.
But I wanted to know if someone could see if it is completed or if I can track it myself so I do not have to bother or take up anyone's time to research this for me.

I haven’t gotten any rewards for the October Quests, or the Spooky Games Quests either.

I never received my mystery reward for october either. after an hour with the support team, they sent me here...
