October Tiered Rewards Level 2 didn't unlock

For October's Tiered Rewards Program, I bought Bioshock the Collection, and $5 worth of avatar costumes. The same day I bought the game, I earned 5 achievements within Bioshock. I have received credit for purchasing the game and my avatar items, but not
for my achievements. Can you tell me when I should expect to receive those points?

Achievements - BROKEN!

i am also having this problem, unlocked one level achievement fine last night then the nest 2 level didn't unlock at all. tried redoing the level and it still didn't unlock

 

i have 25150 G listed on this web page and on xbox but i am not a legend?

Levels only unlock once a month. It goes by what you have on the 1st of the month. So it depends on when you got to 25,000. If you hit that level during September, you should see the level unlock in the next few days. If you got to 25,000 on or after October
1, the level will unlock next month.
